Her goal is to empower each patient with the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their health and recovery.
Outside of the office, Dr. Keyariee enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. She loves going to the beach, working out at the gym, traveling, exploring the mountains, hiking, and being surrounded by nature. She also enjoys spending time with her new puppy, Kylah, especially taking her to the dog park and enjoying new adventures together.Thought for the Month

“I felt like it was taking away my ability to practice a crucial form of self-care.”
I’m so appreciate of everything Olympic Spine & Sound Pain Solutions has done for me! Exercise, especially running, is so important to me — I see it as necessary not only for my physical health, but also for my mental wellbeing. The back and hip pain I was experiencing was so frustrating for that reason; I felt like it was taking away my ability to practice a crucial form of self-care. But since I started working with the team at Olympic Spine & Sound Pain Solutions, I have gotten this part of my life back! I’m pain free almost all of the time — even after long commutes in the car (which used to put me in terrible pain first thing in the morning). I’m back to running and regularly doing all sorts of other exercises, including cycling, weight lifting, barre, Pilates, and yoga, and I never stop to worry about how my hip or back will feel after. I’m so thankful that I went to see Dr. Shelley. He and his team are so lovely to work with. I actually enjoy coming to the office and seeing everyone! Thank you again, Dr. Shelley and team!

“Thank you for juggling both PRT and POD training. You take feedback as a challenge to rise and be the best version of you, and it shows!
Patients are enjoying PRT and are eager to do more. Keep up the good work!”
